Tune the harp with all your levers down to the key of F by tuning all of the B levers to Bb.
Tune all of the strings except the B strings to their natural state CDEFGA but tune the Bs to Bb.
So with all levers down you are in the key of F major. If you put up all of the B levers then you are in the key of C.
Next put the B and F levers up and you are in the key of G and B,F and C levers and you are in the key D.
