What's the Returns Policy?

All our goods are fully guaranteed, new goods for 1 year, secondhand for 6 months. If your purchase develops a fault that is not normal wear and tear and not caused by inappropriate handling, contact us for repair, replacement, or where necessary, a full refund.

Goods bought online or over the phone can be returned within 28 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with them, for exchange or refund (except custom-made instruments and special orders). Notify us first, and ensure that the goods reach us in the condition in which you received them.

Goods bought in our shops or from our festival stall can be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days.
