When we receive your order we will deal with it promptly – most orders are dispatched within one working day.

If an item is only in stock in our shops rather than our central warehouse, despatch can take a little longer – please read the availability information on the product page for information.

The majority of catalogue lines are in stock at any one time, but if there is any delay we will give you an estimated delivery date, and keep you up to date with progress. Small packets are sent by Royal Mail to all destinations. Larger parcels by Parcel Courier.
